Refresher safeguarding training for drivers who already hold a taxi license
This training is for drivers who already hold a taxi license in South Gloucestershire and who need to do the refresher safgeuarding training
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation policy: If you wish to cancel or change your booking you must give at least 4 clear working days notice or you will lose your fee (your notice period cannot include weekends, the day of your assessment or the day you give us notice). If you do not attend the booking, you will not be entitled to a refund. You will not be able to cancel or change your booking if you do not give the required notice. Whist Safe In Your Hands will make every effort to undertake the training as arranged, it reserves the right to cancel giving as much notice to the Driver as is practicable. If there is a cancelled session, an alternative booking will be offered without any charge. If an alternative booking is declined, a refund will be made to the driver. All refunds will be subject to a deduction of Wix booking fee. Conduct: All attendees are expected to present themselves in a professional and respectful manner when attending the face to face session. Where an attendee displays a poor attitude or conducts themselves in a disruptive, unprofessional, or otherwise abusive manner at any point during the course, we reserve the right to remove you from the session. If this happens, you will not be eligible for a refund. The session will start on time, at the allocated time. Any delegates arriving late will not be able to attend and will have to make another booking. They will not be eligible for a refund. All drivers must bring original photo ID. No pictures or copies of the ID will be allowed. This can be a driving license or passport. If you fail to bring the above identification with you, you will not be able to continue with the course and you will lose your fee. If you have any doubts over the ID, please contact us well before your course date. Please also bring a pen and paper.
