Safeguarding and Child Exploitation

This 1.5 hour session will refresh your knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Exploitation. We will cover: Know about safeguarding children and adults at risk of abuse Fully understand Child Sexual and Child Criminal Exploitation Be aware of the potential signs of abuse including the signs of Child Exploitation Understand what makes a person vulnerable To know and understand what your responsibilities are in responding to and sharing information about children and adults who are at risk Know and understand how to protect yourself and keep yourself safe through good safeguarding practices Please bring a pen and some paper with you to the session
