When you place an order and create an account with us on our website, we will ask you to provide certain personal information, for example: your name, email address, address and telephone number. Please note that we require this information to be able to process and fulfil your order or answer any questions.

Payment transaction details – Wix only retains the transaction details on our dashboard and all payment details are routed through Wix secure payment processors. These are tokenized so neither us nor Wix see the raw banking numbers

If you use our WhatsApp service to communicate directly with us we may collect personal data such as name, email address and phone number. Our WhatsApp platform is provided by a third party, currently Smartarget.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our organisation and its service providers.
